Jane Heap / Notes
Jane Heap studied with G.I. Gurdjieff in Paris and sought to apply the teaching to her own life from 1924 until her death in 1964. Gurdjieff sent her to London to assist in establishing work groups. After her death Mrs. A. L. Staveley, her student, made selections from Jane's notes that resulted in Jane Heap/Notes published by Two Rivers Press. Mrs. Staveley noted that Jane "was an artist in words. . . . The precision with which an idea was presented, the fact that it appeared as a picture rather than as verbal thought, was a little shock and entered a pupil as an unforgettable impression." This is the third printing of this edition. This book is hardback.
